Ashley is the best! She took care of my 2 cats for a week and even offered to help with more things in the apartment (for example, mist one of my fern plants that requires constant soil moisture). She always provided a super detailed update whenever she came over to feed my cats, and sent many pictures and videos of the kitties hanging out in the apartment. She would offer pets whenever my cats wanted attention and also did lots of playtime which they loved :) This gave us a lot of peace of mind in knowing that our kitties were in good hands while we were out on vacation. I’m sure my cats will miss her! Ashley really went above and beyond to provide a great service. One day she noticed that one of my cats eye was red and was prompt to notify me to see if there was anything she could do. She gladly followed our instructions and included that in her updates which we greatly appreciated. I truly and genuinely think she is exceptional at taking care of cats. Beyond that, I think Ashley is an amazing and trustworthy person. Since my first interaction with her she has always been super kind and that has remained true, even more so. She even left a very cute note thanking us for booking with her. 🥰 Next time I have travel plans and need my cats to be taken care of I will for sure rebook!

It is such a relief to know that we can trust Ashley to take excellent care of our kitties and handle any issues that might come up while we’re on vacation. I love how proactive Ashley is—this gal is has loads of common sense! I also appreciate that she is conscientious and an excellent communicator, and she pays attention to the details—she followed up on little things that a lot of people might not have noticed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ashley cares, in a nutshell, she loves animals. she takes initiative and when I had a delivery, she asked if I wanted her to put it away. she sent pics and videos which is important to see how Milo was doing. I cannot say enough good things!
