Joanna was very conscientious, asked lots of questions in advance, and made sure I had a cat carrier available in case of an emergency. Joanna took good care of Mingo while I was away. She gave her lots of love and brushing and sent updates with photos each visit. Joanna was able to give Mingo her steroid pills, which required prying her mouth open and stuffing them down, not an easy feat and very much appreciated.

Joanna is truly an exceptional cat sitter, and I cannot rate her highly enough. I 100% recommend her. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. I needed a cat sitter for two weeks and she covered it all so seamlessly. She checked in with me every single day before arriving, let me know exactly what was done during each visit, sent many photos every time, and followed up again when she left each visit. Her level of communication and attention to detail is unmatched and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She is incredibly respectful of instructions, thoughtful, and genuine. Joanna really went above & beyond putting in extra effort into building trust with my cat. My cat was not entirely friendly during the first solo visit (due to stress of me being away), but Joanna remained patient and intentional, finding ways to make her feel more comfortable and cared for. She communicated everything to me quickly and clearly. That kind of intention, care, and dedication is rare and I feel so lucky to have had Joanna as the caregiver for my cat! Joanna is, without a doubt, a 10/10 in every sense. I genuinely cannot imagine a better sitter and will absolutely be rehiring her for any and all future needs for my cat.
