Shan is a truly great cat-sitter! They have cat-sat for me many times, and my cat Little loves and trusts them. When Little was sick with pancreatitis they were an amazing support for me, looking after him while I was working and administering his medication. They will truly go the extra mile for a cat, and they love to spend hours on cat enrichment, brushing and playing and entertaining. They are very knowledgable about cats, and I trust no one more when it comes to taking care of my cat.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
