"We have two cats, one of whom is a senior and needs several medications. Steffi came for a consultation so she could meet the cats and I could show her the multi-step process of food+medication. She paid close attention and took notes, and soon enough, the cats came over to meet her while we talked. When we were away, Steffi took pictures and sent detailed notes of everything she did. It was clear just from the photos that the cats were happy to see her! We don't travel often, but the next time we do, we'll be booking Steffi again. It was a great comfort to know our cats were being well cared for!"

She was very detail oriented and was able to understand and implement a pretty extensive list of instructions for cat care. She was great about medicating one of our cats and taking him for daily walks on his leash and harness. While I was on a 7-day cruise, she texted me every morning and every evening, letting me know how Socks was doing AND sending pictures of him doing his usual crazy antics! I am grateful and truly impressed by both Tiffany and MeowTel !! I came home to an orderly house and happy little cat. She went above and beyond by installing a drinking fountain which I had ordered but hadn't arrived before I left for Alaska!"
