If a cat is timid or anxious, I give them their independence and allow them to come to me without being too forceful.

He's great with the cats! He sent pictures of them and made sure they ate. I was amazed that they were OK being out and about while he was there. Usually they hide from people they aren't very familiar with. This was the second time he fed them and took care of the litter boxes and I will definitely request him in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
