Miranda is so awesome! We don't know what we'd do without her! At first when our cats were a little skittish, she took the extra time to come and be with them so they could get comfortable with her. Now they can't wait for us to take another trip so she can come back! We are so grateful for her care and attention to detail. Miranda is part of our family!

Miranda did a good job overall with caring for my cat. She was reliable and arrived on time for the early morning sessions, which I really appreciated. She also sent photos and communicated when something was needed, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. That said, I did notice that she didn’t always stay for the full duration of the booked shifts, and I would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication about how my cat was doing throughout the day. It would have been nice not to have to reach out first for updates or follow-ups. Toward the end of the sitting period, Miranda improved in keeping me informed, which I really valued. Overall, she was dependable and caring, and with just a little more consistency in communication and time spent, I think she could easily turn a good service into an excellent one.

This was our first time using Meowtel, and Miranda was awesome! She was super responsive and really patient while we figured out our auto-locking doors. She sent pictures and updates of the cats, which we loved, and she even brought in a surprise package that showed up while we were gone. We felt like the cats and our house were in great hands the whole time. Would definitely book with Miranda again!
