Annie was absolutely fantastic! We have a 1 year old orange cat & a 9 year old with kidney disease. Annie gave us great pictures/videos & important updates with how our kitties were doing. Communication with Annie was great & she's a very sweet & caring person. I 100% trust her with giving my fur babies great care & attention!! Also she's very comfortable giving cats medicine if needed which was a relief to hear after our 1 year old hurt himself 2 days before we had to leave. Annie is amazing!!!

Annie is a fantastic cat sitter! I'm so thankful for her care and attention to my two cats. On our first visit I felt completely reassured in leaving them in her care. I could immediately tell she has a true love of animals and will love your babies like her own. On top of the fun stuff (playing and snuggling) I was so happy to see the litter boxes were well kept and food messes cleaned up. She kept me regularly updated on how they were doing with fun pictures and videos which made for a much more relaxing trip knowing they were so well cared for. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
