"Stevi did an amazing job! Our first meet and greet, she was taking notes to make sure no instructions were missed! I received a messaged when she visited the house, along with updates about my babies. I have 3 kitties with challenging personalities.. who dont always like new people... she tried to befriend them, but handled some hisses and angry meows like a champ! 😆 Her communication is truly amazing and settled my nerves while I was away. She sent picture's and applied medicine per my instructions. I will absolutely be using her as a pet sotter again!"

Jenga is 16 years old and has a few extra steps to her care (medications and supplements) and Heather was more than willing to take care of these things. She sent detailed updates with lots of photos, so I knew how Jenga was doing and what she was up to. Jenga also seemed quite comfortable around Heather, from the photos she sent to me! I would definitely book with Heather and Meowtel again for my future cat sitting needs!"

She communicated with us everyday about their feeding, bathroom, and drinking habits, and consistently checked in with what we felt comfortable with if she wanted to make any adjustments that were beneficial to our kitties. Shatoria sent photos capturing our kitties no matter what state they were in, meeting them at their comfort level.
