"Kathryn took amazing care of my two male kitties. They adapted to her right away. One of my kitties is rather skittish, but he seemed to adapt quite quickly. She sent videos and a lot of pictures of her playing with them. She also included pictures of feeding them because one of my cats has IBD and has special dietary needs and the other cat is very finicky with food. She also added pictures of the amount of medication that she was giving them. If she had concerns about anything, she would text me. She is very professional and took excellent care of our home. I highly recommend her and will use her again the next time we travel.."

She is incredibly detailed in her updates, which helps me to feel my cat is so well cared for and it's so helpful to know how his day has gone, and what he's been up to, how he's sleeping, eating, and how their rhythm is moving from day to day. "Claudia was amazing with my 4 boys!! i was gone for 2 weeks and thought I left everything in order for her, but of course automatic litter boxes stopped working, we ran out of food, one anxious cat pooped a ton outside of the box, etc. she was wonderful with troubleshooting every single issue and so kind through it all. I came home to happy cats and a clean house and I can't thank her enough for the peace of mind I had. 100% recommend!!"
