Rather than have one of us stay home and miss a family trip, we looked for short term care options. Meowtel came up. I booked one day before our trip. Aki was available. She came by to meet the kitties the next day, took notes on their care routine and while we were performed their care for us. She also sent cute videos documenting everything and to let us know our kitties were feeling good and were in good hands. Thank you Aki!"

This time we had unexpected roof work and since we're out of the country with big time difference, we weren't able to help with communication between her and the workers. She handled it herself, spent extra time to contact the workers, figured out how to access through the work area and made sure the kitties were ok. We really appreciated that!"
