She was very responsive, understanding, and quick to set my mind at ease. Her experience working with anxious cats was also what really encouraged me. My cat Fiona tends to be very skittish around new people and isn't the most friendly straight away, so I worried about getting her a sitter she didn't know, but she warmed right up to Drew the moment she walked through the door! Drew sent plenty of pictures to assure me of Fiona's well-being and it was clear my cat was really enjoying the time spent with her visitor.
