"This was my first time using Meowtel and Sairah was helpful and friendly from the beginning. When I first reached out about pet sitting she was quick to respond. She was punctual, detail oriented and thorough when coming to meet the cats. I felt very comfortable leaving the cats in her care. She sent great pictures and updates on the cats everyday, which really helped ease my mind when traveling. She was patient with my shy kitties and they completely opened with her and were super happy even while we were gone. My cats like to play hide and seek with treats, and I mentioned it in passing but didn’t include it in their routine. However, she went above and beyond to do that activity with them, which really shows how much she cares about the cats she’s taking care of. I also have a lizard (who I didn’t include in the pet sitting) but she still sent me picture updates of him as well. Sairah is truly an excellent pet sitter and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the area."

"Kristen did an awesome job taking care of my two cats, Dante and Buttercup. Buttercup is a very shy 9-year-old female calico that did warm up to Kristen. That is high praise, believe me! Dante is a 20-year-old male that needs medical attention twice a day. He is sweet, but is high maintenance! I was very worried about leaving him for over a week. But, Kristen was so good with him, and so thoughtful when caring for him. When I got back from my honeymoon, he was good as new. I trust Kristen completely with my cats and look forward to working with her in the future. Five stars for Kristen!"

"Robert was such a purrfect sitter for my sweet boy. I was genuinely nervous to leave my little one for such an extended amount of time but Robert made reassured me that he was in good hands. He did daily updates with videos and pictures and provided a daily synopsis which was really nice. He’s been a cat daddy for a long time so you can tell he really knows his stuff. He even offered to clip my kitties nails which was thoughtful of him. I highly recommend him especially in your in the south Orange County area. Such a stand out guy who has a genuine love for cats."

"Joella is an excellent cat sitter! I admit that I am a kitty helicopter Mom so my expectations are pretty high and Joella far exceeded all of my expectations. She sent daily updates on what she did for my kitty and tons of pictures. She followed all my instructions and was very responsive to my texts. The icing on the cake for me was that she spent time trying to engage with my kitty daily. He is shy and nervous around new people and he was usually under the bed, hiding, at the beginning of every visit with her. Joella showed me she truly cared about him because she would sit right next to the bed and gave him treats to engage with him daily. Towards the end of her visits, he would almost always come out and play with her or go eat his food. I have had several other cat sitters and no other cat sitter has sat next to the bed and tried to engage with my kitty. I could tell she truly cares for cats and knows how to connect with them. The best part for me was that I could tell my kitty felt safe with her and truly liked her which made me so happy and enjoy my vacation. She is an excellent cat sitter and I will definitely book with her again. 😻"
