Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period."
