Joella is an excellent cat sitter! I admit that I am a kitty helicopter Mom so my expectations are pretty high and Joella far exceeded all of my expectations. She sent daily updates on what she did for my kitty and tons of pictures. She followed all my instructions and was very responsive to my texts. The icing on the cake for me was that she spent time trying to engage with my kitty daily. He is shy and nervous around new people and he was usually under the bed, hiding, at the beginning of every visit with her. Joella showed me she truly cared about him because she would sit right next to the bed and gave him treats to engage with him daily. Towards the end of her visits, he would almost always come out and play with her or go eat his food. I have had several other cat sitters and no other cat sitter has sat next to the bed and tried to engage with my kitty. I could tell she truly cares for cats and knows how to connect with them. The best part for me was that I could tell my kitty felt safe with her and truly liked her which made me so happy and enjoy my vacation. She is an excellent cat sitter and I will definitely book with her again. 😻

Every day she sent me updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing Kai Kai was happy and comfortable. She asks questions, stays in constant communication, and sends lots of pictures so we always know what's going on. Most importantly, both of our cats like her, which is saying something. They took Poppy’s blood sugar which was helpful for me to know how she was doing. I received many text updates and photos.
