Every day she sent me updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing Kai Kai was happy and comfortable. What impressed me most was the extra effort she put in, not only did she feed, play, and spend time with Kai Kai, but she even vacuumed up the litter that spilled over. Joella went above and beyond to care for my medically fragile kitty! Joella took detailed notes at the meet and greet and administered the medications wonderfully. They took Poppy’s blood sugar which was helpful for me to know how she was doing. I received many text updates and photos. Joella went above and beyond cleaning up kitty messes and ensured I was aware. Would recommend!

Joella was absolutely amazing as our cat sitter! They went above and beyond, sending me regular updates with pictures of our cats, which gave me so much peace of mind since this was my first time having a cat sitter. This is our first time leaving our kitties with someone they didn't already know. It couldn't have gone better. By the end of our trip, our braver kitty was meeting her at the door and taking hand-fed treats, and our coward was accepting pats.
