Kimi is great! She has patience with my anti-social kitty and got kitty to feel comfy around her. Kimi is thoughtful and provided detailed updates. She kept me informed about how kitty was doing. Her photos of kitty were cute and appreciated! I highly recommend Kimi 😀

Kimi has been a great sitter! Very quick to respond and gives me updates when I’m away which I really appreciate. Follows the instructions I give her and have never had an issues. I have booked with her multiple times to watch my cat when I’ve been out of town. Would book again and would recommend. 😺

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
