What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have experience catsitting for friends and family. I have been catsitting since 2022 as needed. I even experienced my first emergency situation where I had to take a cat to the vet due to a neck scratch. It was scary but I stayed calm relying on my own experience with having cats to quickly alert the cat’s parents while acting promptly to contact a vet to get treatment.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy seeing cats in their element and getting to know how they like to play or how affectionate they like to be.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

Over a Christmas break, I was catsitting a close friends cat Carmy, who had not experienced their human leaving for a week. We played and bonded well enough for him to curl up on my lap. He was pretty friendly already but it was the first time he was so cuddly. It was too cute of an experience to forget!

Brie was amazing!! She went above and beyond and checked in with us everyday with photos. My boy decided he didn't want to take his meds and she took the time to make sure he did each time. She also seemed to clean up some litter on the floor which I never would have expected or asked for! She was great to work with and communicated every step of the way.

Brie is a wonderful cat sitter, and one I would recommend to anyone. The dedication, care, and utmost attention and love she provides is unmatched, and something that I have rarely seen from others. She has always been nothing but completely compassionate and trustworthy, and I would never feel as secure away from my cats as I do with her. I would happily pay double or even triple what she asks knowing the level of care and attention she provides not only to my cats, but to me as well. Five stars!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
