I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease. Our cat was very very well taken care of and even though she can be skittish and shy, she was very comfortable with Hailee and even pressed her 'Love You' button to her, which she rarely does for anyone else besides my wife and myself! Hailee is truly amazing and we will definitely be asking her to care for Beeru again when we need!"

"This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. She sent great pictures and updates on the cats everyday, which really helped ease my mind when traveling. She was patient with my shy kitties and they completely opened with her and were super happy even while we were gone. My cats like to play hide and seek with treats, and I mentioned it in passing but didn’t include it in their routine. However, she went above and beyond to do that activity with them, which really shows how much she cares about the cats she’s taking care of. I also have a lizard (who I didn’t include in the pet sitting) but she still sent me picture updates of him as well. "Joselin was a great sitter for our cat (Sharky) - punctual, mindful, proactive, communicative, and very caring! From the very first meet-and-greet, she and Sharky got along swimmingly; as a cat owner herself, Joselin clearly understood what they need and want, especially when the owners are out of town for a long stretch. Joselin fed Sharky, played with him, gave him pets, kept his water topped off, monitored his litter box usage (including one day when he himself accidentally closed off access to the room that contained his litter box), and would send clear reports (with pictures) during and after each individual visit. She was incredibly thorough during the initial meet-and-greet, asking very detailed discovery questions and making sure that we had properly prepped for our absence; her services even included extra options as needed, such as Litter Robot deep cleaning. "Joselin was a great sitter for our cat (Sharky) - punctual, mindful, proactive, communicative, and very caring! From the very first meet-and-greet, she and Sharky got along swimmingly; as a cat owner herself, Joselin clearly understood what they need and want, especially when the owners are out of town for a long stretch. Joselin fed Sharky, played with him, gave him pets, kept his water topped off, monitored his litter box usage (including one day when he himself accidentally closed off access to the room that contained his litter box), and would send clear reports (with pictures) during and after each individual visit. She was incredibly thorough during the initial meet-and-greet, asking very detailed discovery questions and making sure that we had properly prepped for our absence; her services even included extra options as needed, such as Litter Robot deep cleaning. All in all, would highly recommend Joselin to watch your pets; we'll definitely be using her services again next time the need arises!"
