"This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period."

I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease. Our cat was very very well taken care of and even though she can be skittish and shy, she was very comfortable with Hailee and even pressed her 'Love You' button to her, which she rarely does for anyone else besides my wife and myself! Hailee is truly amazing and we will definitely be asking her to care for Beeru again when we need!"

"Luanne is a gem! My husband and I are retired. We do not travel often. Recently, though, we were invited to a celebratory family party in another state. We immediately began planning to attend. Care for our three pets was our biggest concern. Our pets are used to us being at home with them. The oldest, a nine year old cat has medical issues and must have insulin after breakfast each morning and a liquid medicine before dinner. Our pets have very different personalities. We have our mellow senior, a friendly high energy three year old and a very shy two year old. Luanne established a genuine rapport with my husband and me and with our fur family at the initial meet & greet meeting. She made additional visits before we left to learn our routine in preparation for her overnight stay. Luanne clearly had a real affection for our three. We were able to relax and enjoy our family time. We knew Luanne was caring for our pets and giving each the attention and care needed for each unique personality. Medication was properly administered. Luanne sent multiple status reports and fantastic photos each day. Many of the photos were of professional quality. Our home was neat and well cared for, mail & papers collected, plants watered and our pets were happy when we returned. We are grateful to Meowtel for recruiting Luanne.
