Zaira did an excellent job ensuring our very social cat had a loving friend while we were away. She provided photos and updates following each visit and was happy to collect our mail when we noticed our "stop mail" didn't happen. When she noticed we had plants she offered to ensure our watering globes were filled (much appreciated as the weather turned quite warm, so refills were needed). Since our usual "family" sitters were unavailable, this was a first for using Meowtel and Zaira and we couldn't have been more pleased with both. We highly recommend Zaira as a loving and trusted cat sitter. Thank you Zaira! 😻

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
