"This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period."

She eased all our worries by being very attentive to our cats and communicating clearly, sending frequent updates, photos and videos. All our cats became very fond of her, even the shyest of them all. We had Lyndsay stay over night for two weeks and I believe our cats felt a lot calmer having someone stay with them for a continuous amount of time. I would hire Lyndsay again without hesitation."

"Hailee is one of the best cat sitters we have ever had. I am a huge worrier and our kitty has some medical issues so her I am very particular about her care and making sure everything is *exactly* right. I wrote out a ton of instructions for Hailee and bombarded her with messages and she was sooooo patient and caring. She followed the directions to a T and gave tons of updates and pictures and videos and really let us feel at ease. Our cat was very very well taken care of and even though she can be skittish and shy, she was very comfortable with Hailee and even pressed her 'Love You' button to her, which she rarely does for anyone else besides my wife and myself!
