From keeping me informed about her ETA when storms slightly delayed our meet-and-greet to taking notes and asking good questions as I gave her instructions, Anna made me feel comfortable leaving them (and my house key!) in her care. She let me know each day when she checked on the kitties and sent some great photos! I would not hesitate to book with her again"
