Not only did she provide excellent day-to-day care, but she also handled an unexpected situation with remarkable attentiveness: One of our (four) cats accidentally shut himself into a bedroom without access to food or water, and Amy quickly noticed something was wrong, located him, and made sure that he was safe. This was not an easy situation, and her quick thinking and genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear that Amy treats the animals she cares for as if they were her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would trust her again without hesitation."

From the very beginning, she was attentive, reliable, and incredibly responsive. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our cats were in her care. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly. She made sure he stayed on schedule with every dose, carefully monitored him afterward, and always kept us informed about how he was doing. Knowing he was receiving such attentive care made all the difference. She also took the time to truly get to know each cat, respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. She patiently earned their trust, gave them space when they needed it, and spent quality time playing with them, giving treats, and following their feeding schedule. It was clear that Vivian genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. We returned home to three happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats.
