"Shannon was able to accommodate me same day, last minute, when I needed someone urgently to feed my bottle babies. she is a TRUE HERO ! I understood her hesitancy to come given we didn’t do a meet & greet. She went ABOVE & BEYOND and managed with photos and directions provided haven never seen my home before or the babies. I had asked her to feed my 5 babies & stimulate them to urinate. She did so and took her time to make sure each was nice and full. Shannon sent PICTURES of my babies and how much they ate. Shannon CLEANED UP. I will definitely recommend Shannon to anyone especially mommas that are DETAIL ORIENTED in how they want their kittens/cats cared for."

"I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter! She went above and beyond during both visits and gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. She took excellent care of our two senior cats by feeding them wet food, scooping the litter box during each visit, changing their water bowls, setting out additional water when she noticed they were drinking more than usual and giving them love. She sent lots of photos and videos, communicated wonderfully, and spent significant time with them. It's obvious that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Knowing our cats were in such capable and compassionate hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our trip. We would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter!"

"This was my first time ever using a pet sitter, and I honestly regret not doing it sooner. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shawnda. One of my babies had just undergone dental surgery and wasn’t eating and spent most of the time hiding. Shawnda truly went above and beyond, caring for my cats as if they were her own. She was incredibly patient and understanding with me while I was feeling anxious and worried. Knowing they were in her care gave me so much peace of mind.
