He was consistent and prompt with his arrival times and communication, and always sent detailed updates with photos so I knew my kitties were being well cared for in accordance with their usual routine. He went the extra mile to keep everything neat and tidy, and I could tell that he genuinely enjoyed spending time with our pets, and that they enjoyed it too (our notoriously pickier cat spent quite a good deal of time snuggling with him!). My 12-year old was particularly obsessed (and impressed) with his updates: "10/10 we are hiring him again!"."
