She is very communicative about feeding, litter box and provides detailed updates during each visit. We have an extremely sensitive & shy cat and she’s always been very gentle towards him. We had recently lost our dog and both cats have had major personality & behavioral changes since then. His attention to detail helped us feel comfortable handing over our cats and home remotely. Shaun followed our instructions and gave daily updates, and even helped to clean up some puke caused by the previous sitter not following our guidance. He stayed and made sure our younger cat was not stealing all the food from our senior renal cat so that these kinds of issues could be avoided. He only covered for a few days but sent plenty of daily updates so we could rest assured and enjoy the remainder of our vacation."
