I’m very used to cat sitting for all types, from the friendly to the more aggressive (that’s what jeans are for). For my visits, I prefer to feed them first and then give them attention for a while. I’ve cat sit for several years now, and I’ve owned quite a few of them myself. I’m pretty outgoing, but I tend to be much quieter around cats so as not to startle them. I do have a cat baby voice, and I embarrass myself with it every time I meet a cat.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I cat sit for several families in town several times a year, and I’ve been doing this for around three years now, I believe.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

If the owner doesn’t have a list or notes written down for me for the care of their cats, I take notes so I can reference them. I’m also hyper vigilant about open doors and cats (due to owning several escape artists of my own).

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, actually! I’m almost always in town for major holidays, so I’m usually available during those busy times for cat parents.

Paige was amazing with our little boy, and took such good care of him🥺🩷 we are so glad our boy Tofu also liked her. from the first meeting it was evident she was a cat-lover and attentive to the little friend’s needs. during our time away, she sent frequent updates and live pictures which meant the world to me and my husband, and made us feel relieved that someone was taking good care of our little precious family member. Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
