Mithalia was excellent in taking care of our cats, one of which needed medication daily. She also helped us out when a package was delivered, that we did not expect, that neede to be refrigerated With our approval she made sure the contents of the package made it into the refrigerator. Would use her again.

Mithalia did a wonderful job with Baby. He’s kinda shy, but he did warm up to Mithalia. She was patient and efficient in her care. I received regular communication and photos. She was also receptive to comments to learning about Baby’s routine and idiosyncrasies. Thanks Mithalia.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
