I have a few cats myself, namely one is Wisp. She's my sweet baby who really opens up once she becomes comfortable with someone. Super fluffy little cow that I love to pieces. She really loves chasing after light and goes crazy for it, of course I always reward her afterwards so she feels fulfilled.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Be thorough when selecting your cat sitter, make sure they suit you and your cats needs. It would be better for all parties if the cat sitter matches what you need when it comes to care for the kitty.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

It's always best to let the cat adjust to you and not force the trust between you and the cat. Some cats just need to see you multiple times to gain your trust, trying to hold the cat and force it into a corner will only worsen this so it's best to let them approach when they feel comfortable. Many people get frustrated and rush this trust bond, further driving you and the cat apart. Patience and remaining calm will help build trust and calm anxious or timid cats, it's worked with my own kitty.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
