I had the best boy cat named Goose. He was an outside cat and unfortunately he got baited and stolen.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

I would say to hire someone who is reliable who you know won’t let you down or cancel last minute because everyone’s time is precious.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I would be very gentle with them and not be around them bothering them constantly. They work at their own pace and once they see you aren’t a threat they’ll hopefully start to warm up to me.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
