Reiko did a wonderful job taking care of our cat Mimi. She sent detailed update everyday to let us know how the sitting session go and how Mini is doing. She made friends with our cat, who is usually shy with strangers. Mimi was so comfortable hanging out with Reiko. I would book Reiko again in the future!

We had Rieko helping us twice with our three kitties. Both times it was great! She is really really good of taking care of animals. The kitties were well fed and played with every day! Our cats are not really letting anyone to pet them. However on the pictures she was sending us every day we saw how the kitties really warmed up to her. Rieko is amazing at being able to get my shy kitties to come out of their hiding places to eat and play. She was even able to get them to perform their usual tricks! I also had very specific feeding instructions, since my cats have medically different needs (one needs a specific type of food and the other needs a specific medication). And Reiko was able to put my worries to rest by taking pictures/videos of each step and showing me my cats eating their food. She’s also very quick at responding to messages and last minute rquests as well! Overall, I would definitely be using her services again 🙂
