we've had Rieko help with our two cats several times when we travel. She's always done a great job taking care of the kitties, keeping the areas clean, and keeping us updated. This time we had unexpected roof work and since we're out of the country with big time difference, we weren't able to help with communication between her and the workers. She handled it herself, spent extra time to contact the workers, figured out how to access through the work area and made sure the kitties were ok. We really appreciated that!

Rieko knows our cats well and was suggesting different feeding schedules to help the cats eat slowly since one of them really likes to overeat (and then puke). She does a great job cleaning, bringing in our packages (which we didn’t expect to come during this few days), and also engaging with the cats who can be a bit lazy at times. She’s also extremely patient, understanding that cats can be scaredy creatures!

Reiko went above and beyond in every way to take care of our cats- from giving them lots of play time and attention to cleaning up small accidents! Reiko was very diligent about sending updates and photos to let us know how things were going! Even our very shy kitty warmed up to her!

Rieko took a last minute reservation graciously, and remembered that our cats need slow feeding. The cats definitely enjoys her company!

Reiko is very thoughtful and provides frequent updates. we have three cats and of different personality, she took care of each of them properly! For our oldest boy whom is too shy to show up for food, she found him and feed him piece by piece! And she also cleaned up all the mess the other two girls made, vacuumed floors around litter box. She did much more than we asked for!

I also had very specific feeding instructions, since my cats have medically different needs (one needs a specific type of food and the other needs a specific medication). And Reiko was able to put my worries to rest by taking pictures/videos of each step and showing me my cats eating their food. She’s also very quick at responding to messages and last minute rquests as well! Overall, I would definitely be using her services again 🙂

We had Rieko helping us twice with our three kitties. Both times it was great! She is really really good of taking care of animals. The kitties were well fed and played with every day! Rieko is very responsible and communicative. My old kitty trusted her to give him his medicine every day. My younger kitty was quite shy at first and then warmed up and played each day thereafter. She kept everything very clean and tidy.
