we've had Rieko help with our two cats several times when we travel. She's always done a great job taking care of the kitties, keeping the areas clean, and keeping us updated. This time we had unexpected roof work and since we're out of the country with big time difference, we weren't able to help with communication between her and the workers. She handled it herself, spent extra time to contact the workers, figured out how to access through the work area and made sure the kitties were ok. We really appreciated that!

Rieko does an amazing job with our two cats! Even before the actual scheduled days, Reiko was very flexible to coordinate a time to hand off a set of keys, and took very thorough notes of our system and even asked about things we forgot to mention (cleaning supplies for accidents, where we keep extra toys, etc). Rieko sent lots of pictures and updates during her visits and made sure each cat got plenty of attention! She also did a great job earning the trust of our more skittish cat!

Rieko knows our cats well and was suggesting different feeding schedules to help the cats eat slowly since one of them really likes to overeat (and then puke). She does a great job cleaning, bringing in our packages (which we didn’t expect to come during this few days), and also engaging with the cats who can be a bit lazy at times. She’s also extremely patient, understanding that cats can be scaredy creatures!

Rieko is one of the best cat sitters we have ever hired. She’s responsible, prompt, takes tons of photos and follows the feeding instructions exactly as written. She was very responsive via text and came to get the keys early from us so we wouldn’t be stressed when leaving for our trip. We can’t recommend her enough and would definitely use her again!!
