"This was our first time using Meowtel and couldn’t be happier with Tomoko. She provided photos and videos every day she visited and even brought a toy of her own to play with our cats. She kept me well informed on my cats health as they are senior cats. She even cleaned up a mess one of my cats made. You can see that my cats warmed up to her quickly and were eager for her visits. You can hear them purr and seek her out for pets. I strongly recommend her due to her cat care knowledge and genuine affection for cats."

She scheduled a meet and greet beforehand and was incredibly patient and understanding with how skittish they can be. I especially appreciated how intentional she was about getting to know them on their own terms and at their own pace. Ana truly went above and beyond to make sure my kitties were well cared for and loved while I was away. I really appreciated the daily pictures and updates, as well as the attention she gave to their food, keeping the litter boxes clean, and even bringing them extra treats. She was available at the last-minute, accommodated my schedule in our meet-and-greet, took care of my three cats, and left me completely worry-free. She made sure they were fed, and loved, and safe. Mandy made sure my little girl got her medication. She sent me updates and photos, including one of my skittish boy. Mandy is the consummate professional. She was prompt with our meet-and-greet and addressed all potential emergencies, such as knowing where the cat carriers are in the (unlikely) event of having to evacuate. I was able to leave town without a worry about my furbabies. I cannot say enough about Mandy and how wonderful she is. She is knowledgeable about cats, behaviors, and administering medication, and is a loving, wonderful cat sitter."
