This is the first time that I asked Diane to take care of cats, I have to say it’s a good experience. My cats love Diane as well. One of the cats has diabetes, and Diane helps him measure his blood sugar and inject insulin when I am not at home, she is a careful person. What surprised me was that when I got home, the house was clean and tidy. In the future, I will still ask Diane to help take care of my cats when needed.

Diane is a true professional. She’s thoughtful, reliable, responsive, consistent, and pretty much every other quality you’d include on your ‘ideal cat sitter’ wishlist! Our four anxious kitties can be a handful even for the two of us, but Diane kept them well cared-for in our absence — she even managed to win over our notoriously skittish calico in record time! I especially appreciated Diane’s detailed and timely communications; she really put in the effort to keep me informed and up-to-date so I could enjoy my time away without worrying about our girls.

Once again, Diane was great. We had to leave town unexpectedly for a funeral just days before Christmas and didn’t think we’d be able to find a sitter. Diane responded quickly and with the same exceptional care — not an easy task for four needy cats! Her thoughtful updates gave us peace of mind; I don’t think the cats even missed us!

Diane did a great job taking care of our beloved kitty, Bagheera. She fed and cared for him, played with him (and sent us photos) and even spent extra time with him. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter--plus she lives in our neighborhood!

Where do I begin? I already had anxiety about leaving my babies for the weekend. Then my complex threw a monkey wrench into my plans, an electrical panel change out on the day I was leaving. Two years ago I lost a cat due to a electrial fire at a different complex. I came so close to canceling my whole trip. Diane was able to accommodate my extra day add-on, due to this change out. I had to let my anxiety go, part of moving forward and trust the sweet, caring lady I met at the meet and greet! I so appreciated that Diane took the extra steps to send me messages daily! My babies were very well taken care of! Highly recommend, Diane!!!

My cats are very shy so Diane hardly saw them, but I was reassured that she was there to see that they were eating/drinking and using their litter boxes. Everything was in order when I got home and the cats were happy to see me, so job well done.
