Jennifer is amazing. She kept me well informed about her visits with Indie & Ally, including pictures and videos. It made our first trip away from them easier which I appreciated immensely. She went above and beyond and my girls were happy and content when we got home. We will definitely use her in the future.

Jennifer went above and beyond for my babies! She treated my cats as if they were her own. She took the best update pictures some of which we will be framing! Our cat Gepetto makes you win his approval: an alpha male maine coon who is independent and rules our house. But it didn’t take long before he warmed up to Jennifer. She let him come to her, respecting his space, and was never pushy. Her attempts to play and spend time with him on the couch turned into play sessions and cat “hairdo” licking sessions! Jennifer also rotates lights, leaves on music or the TV at our request. We never have to worry about Gepetto when we are out of town. We return and Gepetto is calm and happy!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
