This was my first time using Meowtel (or any app for a fur babysitter). I chose Barb and the entire experience was wonderful. Barb arranged our “meet and greet” which went as expected (Rusty is shy) but I was pleased that his behavior didn’t faze her. Barb took great care of Rusty - he was a rescue a year ago so I wasn’t sure how the visits would go. Barb gave me daily reports and photos and it was great to hear he approached her and got some cuddles while we were gone. Barb took great care of him and even brought in our mail that wasn’t supposed to be delivered. I will ask her to help us again in the future. Very happy pawrent .

Barb was awesome with our cats! I was really nervous about using a cat sitting app and having a stranger look after our two cats, but meeting her totally put my mind at ease and everything went great!One of our cats takes medication and they both have special feeding requirements, and she followed all our instructions with no issues. She sent us photos and an update every day. Highly recommended!

Barb was wonderful! She’s warm and caring!! She took great care of our two cats, following all of my instructions for care and maximizing time for play, which is most important in my book. She kept us updated on how the cats were doing daily, sending photos and videos. This made being away easier knowing that our cats were in reliable, caring hands. Barb has a long history of caring for her own animals as well as others (kitty socializing volunteer, fostering cats and cat sitting). I felt totally comfortable handing my keys over and having Barb in my home to care for my Wendy (skittish) and Noel (social). The photos and regular updates she texted to me while I was away gave me confidence that my two fur-babies were being well cared for.
