My reservation with Sandra went well. although my cats were not social, when I arrived from my trip they were relaxing in the living room, so I know they were happy. I received daily updates which was great:)

Sandra was amazing! This was our first experience with a pet sitter from any app/service and we were very nervous to leave our kitties with a stranger. Sandra made sure we all felt comfortable during the consultation meeting and our kitties adored her! She went above and beyond with sharing many photos and lots of detail about her visits while we were away. We would not have felt so at ease while out of town without her. Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
