"I have a really messy cluttered house and 12 cats. One of them being sick. Michelle wasn’t judgemental at all and she understood what it was like living in a dirty messy house. I was so relieved. She did a wonderful job doing everything I asked and sent me updates along with pictures. She sent me pictures of the litterboxes after every time she cleaned them, pictures of the cats eating after she fed them, and pictures of her daughter giving my sick cat her dietary supplements(her daughter is more experienced with sick cats so I said it was okay for her to come along too). The daily updates put my mind at ease knowing that my babies were in good hands!! I will be booking her again next time I need them to be watched! Thank you so much Michelle!!!🫀🫀"

"From the time I booked Arden, she was totally professional. She responded to messages quickly, set up a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time, spent almost 45 mins with us, tried to meet our two kitties to establish rapport right away. She paid attention to all the feeding and care instructions. And agreed upon how best to care for our cats. She was patient with our shy cat and managed to get her to come out from her hiding place. Arden sent us multiple pictures and videos of every visit and we could see how comfortable the cats were in her presence. She was quick to connect with us when our community gate had issues. She handled the whole visit very well and I highly recommend her services. We are going to book Arden again soon."
