Hello! My name is Cynthia, and I love cats! I have had cats in my home since I was born so I can't help but have so much love for them. I have been cat-sitting since I was a teenager, but have been doing it professionally for the past 3 years. I am a single mom to my (human) 13-year-old son, and we are both fortunate to have 4 cats in our family (Dipsy, Nala, Monkey, and Marshmallow)! I am also a dance/fitness teacher and an in-home caregiver to children with special needs. Second time booking Cynthia and she was amazing as usual! Communication is clear and updates were amazing. She's a pro at getting adorable pictures of your fur babies. Follows instructions to a tee and even goes above and beyond by vacuuming before we got back and bringing in packages. Highly recommend!

The cat-whisperer strikes again! This is the second time we have utilized Cynthia’s services and we have been so happy with her care! One of our two cats is very anxious and shy, but Cynthia has been able to charm her, which brings me such comfort while we’re away. Cynthia took great care of our fur babies while we went out of town for a few days. She made sure they had fresh food and water, gave them their treats and lots of TLC. They were in great spirits when we returned! We are so grateful for Cynthia’s time, energy, love and care. Her presence allowed us to enjoy our time away without worries; that peace of mind was invaluable! We will definitely be reaching out to Cynthia again the next time we go on vacation.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cynthia!! Our cats have really never known a life where we weren’t always home, so when we were going to be away for 3 nights, finding Cynthia and this resource was exactly what we needed… and so much more! Cynthia really went above and beyond during her two 45 minute visits. She made fast friends with our cats Wednesday and Pugsley; Wednesday has pretty severe anxiety issues but Cynthia was able to win her over right away! Cynthia took a TON of pictures, which were so nice to see while we were gone; we could tell the cats were enjoying their time together! As an incredible bonus, Cynthia captured some pretty impressive action shots! 😸She made sure the kitties had fresh food & water, went through our daily play and treats ritual, and gave them some much needed & appreciated time, attention, and affection. The cats were both better adjusted when we returned home than any other time we’ve travelled; I was so so grateful for that. Cynthia also kept an eye on our home during her visits; she brought in our trash bins from the curb, turned on security systems and outside lights, and she even turned on our sprinkler outside (we are especially grateful for this considering the 105+ temps!!)! It should be noted that while we didn’t need the following, Cynthia was also ready and willing to do things like bring in the mail, take out cat litter, water plants, and bring in packages. Overall we are beyond pleased with Cynthia and her services while we were away. The peace of mind she gave us was invaluable!!We would and will absolutely happily recommend her, and would love to invite her back again in future! Thank you, Cynthia!! 😸

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
