I have been doing in-home pet visits since September 2021. I am thrilled when I’m given the opportunity to care for a new pet while their humans ar... I’ve taken care of a menagerie of pets my 4 children brought home to be part of our family. Dogs, cats, birds, rats, lizards and more. We loved on each and every one taking care of their wants and needs.
I have been doing in-home pet visits since September 2021. I am thrilled when I’m given the opportunity to care for a new pet while their humans are away. I am very comfortable with administering medicines even injections. I enjoy just hanging out and giving lots of love to your fur baby. I will send you updates and pics from each visit so you will know how your cat is doing. I will also help with I have any other needs you may have while away, ie take out trash, check mail or water plants.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been pet sitting for 5 years now. I have many regular clients that reach out to me to take care of their pets for weekend getaways, a long day away and just need a quick pop-in to a two week vacation.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I really enjoy meeting so many different breeds and personalities of cats. Just to hang out and play or little chin and head scratches. And when I can win over your shy cat, that’s icing on the cake. 😊
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
I had a referral for a new client, but it was just to water her plants. They had a cat they would take to a pet boarding facility. She had explained that her cat does not like people and didn’t think that someone coming to the home would be able to take care of him. As she was showing me what plants needed watering her cat came outside, walked right up to me, rubbed against my leg and let me pet him. She was shocked. I have now been taking care of that cat for four years. She has told me when they would get back from their trips and pick him up from the boarding facility, it would take him a couple days to decompress and settle back into himself, not anymore. He’s a very happy cat!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 2 cats. Mocha who is a tortie and 4 years old. Evie is 2 years old and I found her in a parking lot and just had to add her to our family!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
