Sarah took great care of our cats when we traveled during the week of Thanksgiving! She was patient with our shy cats and sent us updates letting us know all was well in the house. She paid close attention to our cats and made sure they had fresh water, food, and their litter was scooped. Her positive attitude and friendliness made her a joy to work with and I hope to book her again in the future!

Sarah is fantastic. She took care of my cats over a long week including Thanksgiving. I had a few changes in plans, which she was able to accommodate. Getting into my apartment is difficult/complicated, and she worked with me to get her in securely. I will definitely ask Sarah again to cat sit for my little guys.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
