My home is a bit of a complex case with three cats, four different types of food, and five litter boxes, but she followed all of my instructions perfectly and faithfully. My cats are quite shy around strangers, but Vivienne bonded with them from day one and took wonderful care of them. My eldest cat needs frequent eye cleaning due to excessive tearing, and Vivienne was able to handle this smoothly from the very first day by using treats. She also kept the feeding and litter areas clean by sweeping up, and since I hired her for an hour, she spent every remaining minute playing with the cats once her tasks were done. I am beyond satisfied with her service and will definitely be hiring her again!"
