My kittens are 6 months old, and this was their first time being left alone for almost a week—so I was pretty nervous. Bianca was absolutely amazing! She sent detailed updates and lots of photos, which helped me relax and truly enjoy my trip. My kittens are very skittish, but even from their cat tree they clearly felt comfortable with her presence as she made sure their food bowls were full, the water fountain was refilled, and the litter boxes were spotless. She even left them treats before heading out. Thanks to Bianca, I now feel completely at ease taking longer trips, knowing my kittens are in wonderful hands. I highly recommend her!

Bianca was a great sitter. On the meet and greet she asked plenty of questions and took notes. Everyday, she took plenty of pictures and sometimes videos to ensure me everything was in order and my kitties were happy. She gave detailed notes everyday. Overall, went above and beyond. Very thankful!
