Sam was such an amazing and compassionate caretaker for Benji! From our first meet and greet, she was professional and extremely personable- she left such a good impression I didn’t even think twice about booking her! I could tell Sam really loves cats and her attention to detail was much appreciated! She sent me photos and FaceTimed me during the trip and communicated very well during my trip! I felt really good knowing Benji was in good hands! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! it was my first time using an app like this and Sam made the experience so so positive ! :)

Samantha was absolutely amazing! From our first meet and greet, she was extremely professional and kind and left such a good impression I didn’t even question weather I was going to choose her for my cat! Sam was very attentive, sent me pictures during my trip and was very flexible and communicative! I can tell she really loves animals and understood the needs of cats very well! She is also super super sweet and has great energy! I would absolutely recommend her! This was my first time using the app and Sam made the experience such a pleasure :)

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
