Cathy is a godsend! I was super nervous about leaving my 2 cats for a week (and having a stranger in my home) but I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing they were in good hands. Cathy is super friendly, communicative, sent daily photos & updates, and went above and beyond what she was asked to do. She vacuumed and I was able to come home to a clean house after a long week of travel. She offered to hold onto the keys just in case something happened on my flight home, so the cats would be looked after. She also helped pick up the slack of the other person that was supposed to come check on my cats. I also really appreciated that she asked to coordinate a meet and greet beforehand. Highly, highly recommend! And she does dogs too — animal whisperer all around :)

Cathy was amazing! We had a last-minute trip come up and I was so grateful that she was flexible enough to make it work. She even came by before we left to meet our kitty and get the run down on his care. Every day we were away Cathy sent pictures and gave us updates on our fur baby, it was so comforting to know he was in good hands! Our kitty can be shy at first but Cathy was able to charm him and by the end of the week he was her best friend!

Cathy went above and beyond for our little Simba! We were initially feeling anxious about our upcoming trip as we would be gone for weeks. But Cathy made us feel at ease right away. We could tell she truly cared about Simba. She would send updates and would even drop by additional days just to make sure he was okay! We could tell Cathy is an animal lover. Simba is usually a skittish kitty, but he got comfortable with her real fast. We will not hesitate to work with Cathy again in the future. Also, before our trip, Simba had some bald spots and acne we were trying to heal for weeks. When we came home, his fur has fully grown back and his acne has pretty much vanished completely. This was my first experience with Meowtel and I'm so glad it happened to be with Cathy. I was a little worried about how my cat would respond to a stranger--I adopted him less than a year ago and since then he has little interaction with other humans--however at our meet-and-greet, he was instantly comfortable with Cathy. This initial introduction paired with Cathy's personable nature and prompt communication made me feel so much less anxious about leaving my boy for 11 days. During my trip, Cathy continued to be a great communicator despite the 16-hour time difference. Beyond the basic duties, she made sure my cat was as comfortable and happy as possible in my absence. It's clear to me that Cathy genuinely cares about the wellbeing of our animals, and it made my vacation that much more enjoyable knowing that my cat was being well taken care of.

Cathy handle our two cats like a pro. Our shy cat generally doesn't come out for people but she got her playing and happy in such a short time. When it came time for the older boys medicine, he got everything he needed even though he has quite a few medicines.
