From the very beginning, she was extremely communicative and professional. She arranged a meet-and-greet beforehand and carefully followed all of our instructions. She proactively sent us updates at the end of every visit, including plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Even with the time-zone difference, she made sure to keep us informed and connected. She took wonderful care of our cat, giving him plenty of playtime, attention, and affection. She truly cared for him as if he were her own, and it was clear from the photos and videos that he loved having her around. Seeing the updates each day genuinely put a smile on our faces while we were away. She also left our home clean and tidy, including keeping his food and litter areas well maintained. She consistently went above and beyond what we expected, and her attention to detail and thoughtful communication made our time away completely stress-free. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and attention she gave our cat. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and caring throughout our time away, and we truly appreciated how much effort she put into making sure both our cat and our home were well looked after. We would absolutely use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional cat sitter!

Nicoal is the best cat sitter ever. This is my first time entrusting someone to take care of my 3 kitties and now I definitely feel comfortable with her taking care of them so I can travel again! She read my detailed instructions list and did everything I asked AND more. She cleaned my entire litter box room. Not only was I happy with her, but my cats too. My cats are not very socialized and used to just me being home. They all came out and hung out with her. She is a cat whisperer!

Nicoal is a true car person! All three of my cats had their “cat person radar” on right away. I could tell they would get along beautifully. Nicoal was able to be the cat boss and make sure they got medicated while also giving pets and love.

Back for seconds! I was gone for a two-week trip which was very intense & hectic, and my saving grace was knowing that Nicoal was taking care of my two girls while I was gone! Great communication and Nicoal was extremely attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that my cats were taken care of even though I didn't leave super specific instructions. ❤️
