What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

What I love the most about cat sitting is having the opportunity to connect with and care for your feline friends! It’s truly such an amazing feeling to provide comfort to kitties while their owners are away. Each and every kitty is so unique and special which brings me great joy!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have a kitty named Schmutz (because he was born with a big grey spot on his head)! He’s the sweetest khao manee with a lot of energy.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

My typical process is first having a meet and greet with the new cat parent to learn about the parents and their cats current routine. This will help to ensure that kitty and the cat parent do not feel a complete shift in current dynamic. Once we’ve proceeded to the actual cat sitting, I will then try my best to keep everything as ‘normal’ as possible for your kitties. I will also be providing multiple pictures and updates!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

To ensure safety and security, I always make sure to scout the home to see if their are any potential hazardous areas to the cat that they are allowed to roam. If I see anything questionable, I make sure to keep a close on kitty. I also like to make sure that there aren’t any potential items lying around that kitty can get “curious” about and accidentally eat!

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toys are feather wands so that I can have kitty chase something around with me!

Kahlia was great with my super skittish kitty. My cat is afraid of everyone but Kahlia had her eating treats out of her hand after only a few days. Great updates and communication. I would absolutely have Kahlia take care of my kitty again.😸

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
