As a former cat sitter myself, the biggest challenge I saw for the cats during my visits was their comfort with people who aren’t their human parents coming into their space. It’s something I keep in mind for my cats as I would want them to be comfortable with whoever is providing them care in my absence. I’m very happy to say that Vincent makes my cats very comfortable and I’ve never had to worry about their care tasks being handled. It’s good to know my babies have little to no stress in my absence.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
