Jannet went above and beyond to care for our cat. Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. I will definitely ask for Jannet’s help the next time I’m out of town- she’s the best!

Jannet was such a kind and caring cat sitter for our two girls! Cricket needed pills every day for her lymphoma as well as extra clean up when she had accidents outside the litter box, and Jannet was so good at both. She sent thorough updates every day, and I could tell that very quickly the cats were warming up to her and enjoying her company. I was very impressed how good she was at giving our cat pills, especially on her own. Since our cat is actively taking a chemotherapy medicine she cannot be boarded anywhere, so I don't know what we would have done without Jannet's help. I would recommend her for any cats with extra needs, and she was also great with our healthier cat!

I had to find someone last minute to care for my 4-month-old kitten, Elliot, while I was traveling for work — and Janet was an absolute lifesaver. Elliot was on three antibiotics and needed a lot of attention, but Janet went above and beyond. She stayed with him for about 12 hours a day, giving him incredible care and making sure he was comfortable, playful, and well looked after. Her attention to detail and genuine compassion really stood out. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Janet was amazing with kitty Ray doing a difficult task of applying ointment right onto the eyeball. She did a perfect job and really went above and beyond to make sure it was. I will definitely go to get again for any kitty needs while I'm away!

We had such a great experience with Jannet! She was incredibly patient with Munji and took the time to let her warm up at her own pace. Throughout the stay, she really helped Munji come out of her shell and made her feel comfortable and safe. We loved receiving her detailed daily updates—they always made us feel reassured and connected while we were away. She even went above and beyond by staying a little longer when Munji didn’t want her to leave, which meant so much to us.
