Daily updates were detailed and included photo evidence. I felt like my cats were in really good hands with Michelle, and I look forward to having her take care of my cats in the future!

This was my first time booking with Michelle and it was a great experience! Jordan and I loved her! She’s such a sweetheart! Her and Jordan connected immediately during our meet and greet. I could tell within the first minute (literally) that she’d be a good fit. She followed the list of instructions I left perfectly. I was a little all over the place between working and preparing for my trip, but she made sure to ask questions if something seemed a little “off", which I could appreciate! VERY detail oriented and neat. She even asked for my handheld vacuum to tidy up a bit (love that)! She sent lots of pictures and videos and gave a detailed summary following each visit. I had not a single concern, and that says a lot for a person who’s over protective of my kitty and my home. Jordan was calm when I returned, so that was very relieving (if you know, you know)!
