Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. She can be a bit aloof and hesitant with new people so we knew she would be in good hands. While we were away, Kevin went the extra mile, cleaning up messes and responding to our questions. His daily updates gave us peace of mind. We'll definitely rebook when we need a catsitter again!"
