My cats are quite shy around strangers, but Vivienne bonded with them from day one and took wonderful care of them. My eldest cat needs frequent eye cleaning due to excessive tearing, and Vivienne was able to handle this smoothly from the very first day by using treats. She also kept the feeding and litter areas clean by sweeping up, and since I hired her for an hour, she spent every remaining minute playing with the cats once her tasks were done. Our youngest is usually terrified of strangers—it even took my parents a week to get close to her—but she warmed up to Valerie in just one day! Also, our eldest needs daily eye cleaning and usually refuses to let stranger touch his face, but Valerie was able to care for him from day one. She clearly has a magic touch.
