I don't know where I would be without cats. They have helped me manage my anxiety for the past 2 decades. We currently own 4! Scout is almost 13, Pickle & Pippa are almost 11, and young Succotash just turned 2. Pippa has medical needs so I have experience administering pills and liquid meds. In the past we've fostered cats and kittens, both for rescues and neighborhood strays. It may also be how we went from 2 cats to 4 cats. 😊 A bit more about me is that I'm a voracious reader and have had past lives as a bookseller and Children's Books Specialist/Buyer. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
