She eased all our worries by being very attentive to our cats and communicating clearly, sending frequent updates, photos and videos. All our cats became very fond of her, even the shyest of them all. We had Lyndsay stay over night for two weeks and I believe our cats felt a lot calmer having someone stay with them for a continuous amount of time. I would hire Lyndsay again without hesitation."

"Tim is an exceptional cat sitter whose first priority is always what is best for our two 14‑year‑old cats, and his professionalism and resourcefulness gave us true peace of mind throughout this recent reservation. He has cared for our two senior cats multiple times, and we have been genuinely pleased every single time. Before our recent extended trip for my father’s 80th birthday, Tim came by to reacquaint himself with our home, the cats, and their routines, which reassured us that every detail was covered. Since Tim last helped us, our male cat was diagnosed with diabetes and now requires two injections daily, and Tim’s experience giving diabetes injections was a key reason we felt completely comfortable leaving our diabetic cat in his care. When our male cat became anxious and aggressive about his injections, Tim notified us immediately and worked with us to adjust the plan. In fact, Tim went above and beyond by reaching out to his cat‑sitting community and finding a colleague who was willing to step in and help with shots during a period when she was also very busy, which truly felt like a small miracle and allowed us to finish our important family holiday instead of cutting it short. He handled the entire situation with patience, kindness, and steadiness that a less experienced sitter might not have managed. Tim’s calm demeanor, clear communication, and reliable follow‑through meant our home was in excellent shape when we returned.
